Access Your Inventory Assets Online

Online inventory asset information was made available via the Web Requisitioning System (ePLUS). All inventory assets for your default department are listed. You may search for an asset by account number, tag number, building number, equipment class, serial number, department name, or purchase order number. You can also check the disposition status (e.g., sold, stolen, etc.) of an item.

You are able to download the list you are viewing. An email image link is provided for each asset to send any questions or updates to Iinventory staff.

To activate the inventory asset information links, you will need to change the look of your Web Requisitioning System Welcome page. To change the look, click the "UPDATE" button in the lower left of the page and enter a “Y" in the box pertaining to the Inventory Asset function.
